At CANDICE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label generated from our portal to the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup; ensure you keep your tracking receipt for peace of mind.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
